others. (Statistically 75% of homes sell through

By owners can utilize free disclosure forms and contract forms
downloaded from our site. A sales price is negotiated of $150,000. Normal commission paid by the seller is 6%. So the total commission paid to the buying and selling agent is $9,000. (6% of $150,000) |
