Buyers - How to Get a Home Buyer Cash Rebate?
 

We believe that we should PAY YOU  for the opportunity to represent you!

When we assist you in your buying transaction we share a portion of our our real estate commission with you after closing.  It's completely legal, but something most realtors won't talk about.  As Real Estate Agents we're well compensated and we want you to get the best value on the purchase or your home.  We make a commission, you get a rebate.  A true win-win.


Cash Rebate Example:

We work with you to find and negotiate the Purchase price of a home = $300,000
Normal commission paid by the seller is 6% with 3% going to the buyers agent who is representing you.  So the total commission paid to your agent is $9,000.

In a transaction where you are using a Real Estate Advocates network agent, we agree to pay up to 1% of the commission back to you after closing. 

So you would receive up to a $3,000 cash back rebate on a $300,000 purchase that you can use for upgrades, moving expenses or anything else....it's yours!

How Do I Get Started?

If you are currently in the process or starting the process of buying a home, you would need to engage the Real Estate Advocates as your buying or referring agent.  We sign a simple agreement and begin the process of finding you a home, whether it be new construction or an exsiting property.  The only requirement is that it is a listed property that pays an agent commission.
